To align with our commitment to environmental sustainability, we have transitioned to digital invoices and no longer include printed paper invoices in our parcel shipments. Upon placing your order, an electronic invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.
In rare cases, there may be delays in the delivery of invoices via email. However, you should typically receive your invoice within 1–2 working days of placing your order at the latest. If you have checked your spam folder and still have not received the invoice, please contact our customer service team. They will gladly assist you by resending the invoice manually via email.

For orders paid through Klarna, please note that payment should be directed to Klarna and not to us. Our merchant invoice does not include payment instructions for Klarna. Instead, shortly after your purchase, you will receive a separate email from Klarna containing all the necessary information and instructions for making the payment. If you are using the Klarna app, you can also find your transaction details and payment instructions within the app.
